The course focuses on four aspects of Business English and the aim is to increase participants' vocabulary, fluency and confidence in using English in the respective situations:
Talking about change: changes in the workplace, restructuring, working across cultures, teleworking, technological changes, the future of work
Presentations: structuring a presentation, linking ideas, promoting your ideas, dealing with questions
Employers and employees: office talk, negotiating with colleagues, asking for favours, problems at work
Business idioms
