So you think poetry is boring. You think poetry is only about couplets and meter. This course sets out to show poetry is much more alive than the overly technical terms would imply.

In this course we will approach by theme, exploring the myriad ways poetry has influenced art, music and popular culture. By the end of the course if you don't leave loving poetry, then you will at least leave with adeep appreciation of poetry?s impact on daily life.
