This course is for those who would like to increase their ability to communicate in a wide range of professional situations, such as meetings, video conferences, and conference calls.
At the end of this course you will have practiced a number of ways to successfully express your thoughts and opinions in a clear, effective and persuasive manner.
Course content:
- successfully navigate challenging communication situations to achieve desired results
- practice the language of meetings
- key phrases to elicit information, clarify statements and make yourself understood
- cultural differences: being polite AND persuasive
- learn to adapt your personal speaking style to the situation
- Presentations in English as essential skill in a globalized business world
